Camps in a variety of sciences

Science summer camp offers intense instruction in different more-focused fields of study such as the following:

For the young zoologist, there is probably no better kind of camp than a zoo camp. Children will learn about zoo animals in great detail and may even be able to spend the night.
Several ecology camps listed here offer your child the opportunity to learn more about the environment, while also indulging in other summer camp activities.
Mad science camps are one of several generalized science camps that offer hands-on activities in a range of scientific disciplines. These are ideal for children who love all kinds of scientific pursuits and want a broad, interesting camp experience.
Space camp allows young astronauts-to-be to take part in simulated space missions to the moon or Mars, and much more. They also open up the world of astronomy and teach youthful physicists about the universe. You'll find several space camps listed above.

Science camps in Toronto and other major centres offer advanced, progressive learning in places like major universities, museums, zoos or science centres. Whether or not your child has a deep interest in this type of camp, these are an important, critical means of increasing children's and teens' scientific literacy. Science will continue to remain an important part of culture and the job market for the foreseeable future. Science camps for girls

Summer camps with an orientation toward science are an increasingly popular choice for girls, also. Young women or teenaged girls here are encouraged to gain an early interest in fields like computer science, mechatronics, mathematics and all related pursuits.

STEM camps

STEM curriculum (the acronym stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics) gains in popularity all the time, and many science-oriented kids (and their parents) are seeing the value in STEM camps.
