Class Description – Intermediate Confidence Builder (Ages 12–14)

Mississauga – Saturdays at 2:00 PM (January Start)

Our 8-Week Intermediate Confidence Builder course is designed to help students ages 12 to 14 strengthen their public speaking and self-expression skills in a supportive, low-pressure setting. Each session guides students through interactive exercises in storytelling, impromptu speaking, voice control, and effective communication strategies.

With a focus on confidence, clarity, and connection, students learn to express themselves thoughtfully and handle nerves when speaking in front of others. Whether preparing for class presentations or social situations, this course provides teens with practical tools to develop as clear, composed communicators.

Perfect for students who are ready to find their voice, build presence, and carry themselves with confidence in school and beyond.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Courage: Students take small but meaningful steps to speak in front of others, helping them face fears, try new challenges, and grow more socially confident with each session.
