Why sign up?
Parents reduce daily screen-time battles—kids take ownership of
their choices and start balancing screens with meaningful alternatives.
Detailed Activities:
Brain Science, Kid-Style
Children explore how the brain reacts to quick rewards versus meaningful effort.
By experiencing the difference firsthand, they begin to understand why balance
matters.
The Digital Detox Challenge
Through playful roleplay and group activities, campers practice what it feels like
to step away from devices. They leave with practical, self-chosen alternatives that
make screen-free time feel natural.
Personal Balance Journals
Each child keeps a guided reflection log to track activities, moods, and
discoveries. This builds mindfulness, self-awareness, and accountability in a way
parents can see at home.
Hobby Discovery Stations
From art to puzzles to team games, children rotate through a variety of
experiences designed to mimic the satisfaction of screen time—while showing
them how much fun can come from the real world.
Guided Group Reflections
Campers share what they learned about themselves in small groups, practicing
empathy, communication, and self-expression. Parents notice kids becoming more
articulate about their feelings and choices.
