Program Description

Psychology identifies ages 12–14 as one of the most critical phases of development. During this time, children begin asking profound questions such as “Who am I?” and “Where do I belong?” Values are forming, identity is taking shape, and self-esteem can easily falter.

At this stage, children often struggle to raise their voice, express disagreement, or understand how to navigate social pressure. They begin differentiating between right and wrong actions, questioning peer influence, and feeling the pressures of academic expectations—especially as they transition through Grades 8–10.

Life Skills 2.0 provides a structured roadmap for this sensitive period. Through guided discussions and realistic role-play scenarios, students learn how to express opinions respectfully, disagree without fear, make confident decisions, navigate peer dynamics, manage academic pressures, and develop accountability and leadership.
