Time Travel Camp- Ancient Civilizations

Welcome to our Time Travel program, a unique and immersive adventure designed specifically for PreK children. In this program, young explorers will embark on a journey through time, discovering ancient civilizations and experiencing history come to life.

What sets our Time Travel program apart is the hands-on approach to learning, engaging activities, and the opportunity for children to develop a deep appreciation for history and different cultures.

Children will have the opportunity to explore ancient civilizations through interactive activities, storytelling, crafts, and games. They will delve into the wonders of ancient Egypt, the grandeur of the Roman Empire, the mysteries of the Mayan civilization, and more.

A typical day in our Time Travel program begins with an engaging introduction to the chosen ancient civilization. Children will participate in interactive storytelling sessions, where they will learn about the culture, customs, and significant landmarks of the time.

Throughout the program, children will engage in hands-on activities and crafts that bring ancient civilizations to life. They might build pyramids, create hieroglyphic art, construct Roman arches, or design Mayan masks, immersing themselves in the rich history and artistic traditions of each civilization.

Children will also participate in games and role-playing activities that allow them to experience daily life in ancient times. They might engage in a mock excavation, become pharaohs or gladiators, or take part in a Mayan ceremony, fostering their imagination and understanding of ancient cultures.

Our program aims to provide a holistic experience, combining educational elements with fun and interactive activities. Children will develop an appreciation for history, cultural diversity, and critical thinking skills as they explore different ancient civilizations.
