Youth empowerment camps, also called “social justice camps,” are primarily intended for teens. Many, though, are also open to preteens.
These camps are a great option for kids who want to expand their horizons, build confidence, and connect with a like-minded community. Kids who are passionate about social issues and want to make a difference in the world are an especially good fit.
