At VegCamp, every day is filled with opportunities to connect with nature, try new activities, and make thoughtful choices that are kind to the Earth, animals, and people. 

Super Sprouts is an extraordinary overnight camp experience designed for 9–11-year-olds to grow, explore, and discover their confidence in a safe, supportive, and nature-filled environment. Our campers enjoy a unique mix of outdoor adventures, creative challenges, and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and encourage personal growth. Campers practice courage and build confidence by stepping outside their comfort zones—whether it’s climbing a rock wall, exploring a hiking trails, or trying a new fun foods—while knowing supportive counselors are there every step of the way.

A typical day includes a mix of:

A day at VegCamp is packed with adventure, creativity, and fun! Campers start with a yummy, nutritious breakfast, then dive into hands-on workshops exploring how people, animals, and the environment are all connected. Campers stretch and gain focus with yoga and mindfulness before heading out for thrilling outdoor challenges like climbing, high ropes, archery, wilderness survival games, obstacle courses, or organic farming. After a hearty lunch, campers participate in guided activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, team games, or quiet time, all designed to encourage connection, creativity, and collaboration. Healthy snacks—including fresh fruit—are available throughout the day. Dinner refuels everyone for evening adventures, which sparkle with campfires, stargazing, house games, and silly talent shows, helping campers build confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of community. Each day ends in the dorms with counsellor check-ins, stories, and lounge games, with a tasty evening snack to round out the day, leaving everyone excited for the next adventure.
