Designed for emerging leaders, this program blends workshops, outdoor challenges, skill sessions, and team based problem solving. Campers develop communication, decision making, and safety awareness skills that support success in school and beyond.

Reflection and goal setting are embedded daily, helping participants build confidence and personal accountability.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Responsibility: Campers develop accountability and decision making skills through leadership workshops and collaborative challenges.
  • Independence: Practical skill sessions and personal goal setting encourage initiative, confidence, and self direction.
