Tyah (Alum) — Dancer and Human

Miss Marjorie was my dance teacher since I can remember. I have had the best times in her class, constantly laughing while still managing to get our creative juices flowing. Throughout my many years as her student she has pushed me to be the best dancer I can be, always challenging me with new and harder steps. We also took the time to work on our technique in a fun and inventive way by often creating our own dances. Miss Marjorie not only helped me as a dancer but as a person too and she inspires me everyday to be a kind and loving human. I will cherish the time I had as her student, I like to believe that I am a good dancer because of her and the work she put into our classes and dance routines.
