Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Interpersonal skills: "Allies" Girls/Youth increase and build their confidence and resiliency in our anti-bullying program. Girls/Youth learn effective communication strategies, build self confidence, self-esteem and foster connection and friendships.
Curiosity: Operation Smart Girls/Youth develop an enthusiasm for and skills in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Making gooey experiments and showing girls/youth that science is fun and builds their confidence.
