Traditional Girl's Camp

Ryde Lake is a place to connect with nature, grow in confidence, learn independence, and be part of a supportive community where girls can be themselves.

​​​​​​​We offer four one-week sessions and one two-week session.

Summer camp can have a positive, life-changing impact on a camper. It is a week of opportunities to learn new skills, make new friends, create memories and experience living with cabin-mates and the wider camp community. 

Our staff to camper ratio of 1:4 means that campers receive individual attention. 
The program is a combination of cabin-assigned and camper-choice activities. Our beautiful lake/river location means lots of water activities: canoeing, kayaking, swimming. All waterfront activities are supervised by fully-qualified staff.

Experienced, caring staff are university and college graduates/students or senior high school students. The majority of the staff are former Ryde campers/CITS and have a passion for camp and passing that passion along to our campers.
They are committed to making a difference in the lives of our campers.
