Skills Clinics – Build that one skill you’ve been working on!

This program is your chance to dedicate 1.5 hours to the one skill you want to develop—whether you’re just starting, on a House League or Rep team, or simply love the game.

Struggling with serving? Book an hour with our coaches.
Want to become a stronger Hitter for your team? We’ll work on it together.

These clinics focus 100% on skill-building, with no gameplay, so each session maximizes your progress.

Our Skills Clinics are offered on select Friday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm at Oakville Christian School (112 Third Line, Oakville) fromJanuary 23 to March 6. Age varies depending on the session.

The following sessions are available:

Jan. 23 - All Skills (ages 11-13)
Jan. 30 - Serving (ages 12-14)
Feb. 6 - Jump Serving (ages 13-16)
Feb. 27 - All Skills (ages 11-13)
Mar. 6 - Attacking (ages 12-14)

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Physicality: Volleyball is excellent for overall physical growth, activating the entire body with dynamic, explosive movements. Players will build strength, speed, and unlock abilities they never knew they had!
Resilience: Volleyball takes time to master, but resilience is key to success. One of the biggest strengths in the sport is the ability to learn and adapt. We emphasize patience and effort, helping young athletes develop skills through persistence and dedication.
