In the Beginner Trix program, the foundation skills are taught and broken down. These skills provide a strong base for learning more difficult skills.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: At Trix, we build athleticism, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Our classes help students safely master skills, gain confidence, develop healthy habits, and foster a lifelong love of movement and gymnastics.
