Class Description – Senior Competitive (Ages 15–17)

Milton – Thursdays at 6:00 PM

Our Senior Competitive Program is designed for high school students who are ready to master the art of public speaking and debate at the highest level. In this advanced course, students refine their delivery, strengthen persuasive writing, and sharpen impromptu speaking through weekly sessions led by experienced coaches.

Participants engage in real-time critiques, structured debates, and high-stakes speaking challenges that push them to think critically, speak confidently, and lead with purpose. Competitions, personalized feedback, and peer engagement provide a rich, high-performance learning experience.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Courage: Students face increasingly challenging speaking tasks, including impromptu rounds and formal debates. With each performance, they gain the courage to speak up, take risks, and express original ideas in front of peers, judges, and larger audiences.
Self-regulation: Teens learn to manage anxiety, stay focused, and adapt under pressure while speaking. Through practice, structured feedback, and video evaluations, they develop the discipline and emotional control needed to deliver with clarity and composure.
