Intended for rep-level players looking to prepare for the upcoming hockey season.

Half-day programming includes:

  • 1 hour on-ice skills session
  • 1.5 hours strength and conditioning programme
  • Daily seminars on topics such as goal-setting, mindset coaching, food and nutrition etc.
  • Snacks and beverages
  • SMCS branded athletic apparel
  • Access to on-site athletic therapy

*ages based on 2023-24 season

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: Includes on-ice training as well as strength and conditioning
  • Self-regulation: Daily seminars on topics such as goal-setting, mindset coaching, food and nutrition etc.
