The Literacy Camp is intended for St. Michael’s College School (SMCS) students entering Grade 9 and is designed to support a students’ transition to high school English. Participants will enhance their understanding of a variety of complex texts and communicate them in written form. Using a variety of creative and collaborative activities, students will develop their written, verbal, and visual communication skills and cultivate competence in critical reading and text analysis.
