The Strength & Conditioning Camp is for the motivated, high-performance student-athlete looking to make an impact at the next level. The programme is adapted to all individual needs and demands including age, strength, and previous experience. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of high-performance resistance training, stability, and mobility, while being taught about optimal nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies by expert coaches. Flexible scheduling allows athletes to register for weeks that align with other commitments.
Training will occur Monday to Friday at St. Michael’s College School
Approximately a 2-hour commitment per day
Group times will be determined upon registration and communicated in the weeks before
Athletes will receive a Full Body Assessment and Daily Movement Evaluation
Athletic Therapy Treatment and Assessment will be available on-site
Additional sport specific/position specific skill development available
It is recommended that athletes register for two weeks of training minimum to maximize benefits
Discounts available for athletes registering for 3+ weeks
Character Development: This program helps build the following traits
Physicality: Participants will be led through a variety of drills and activities focused on improving their sport-specific skills, physical fitness and physical literacy.
Independence: Participants will be challenged to complete a range of drills, activities and games focused on improving sport-specific skills and overall physical health.
