This training camp is intended to prepare high-level players for their upcoming seasons. Players should have multiple years of rep-level experience.

  • Participants should be entering Grades 9 or 10 in September 2024
  • Basketball, fitness, and strength training will occur from 1–4 p.m. each day
  • Focus is on advanced skill-development, breakdown of offensive/defensive concepts, and enhancing basketball IQ
  • A typical day will involve 60% skill development and training with 40% competitive play
