This course will focus on skill building in drawing focusing on observational drawing, drawing from photos and drawing from imagination using diverse materials such as graphite, charcoal, pencil crayon, fine liner markers and watercolour pencils, watercolour crayons and watercolour paints. This course will challenge you to work in both small scale and large scale. It will also include looking at the drawings and water-based paintings by Indigenous, Canadian and international artists.
