Looking at art from the ancient world, we can learn a lot about the people of that place and time, if we look with our hearts and minds wide open. We can move forward through time with wonder and questions like: How did they make that? and What are they trying to tell us? From the cave paintings of prehistoric France, to the Frescos of Florence and the Mayan statues of Mexico, we will take inspiration for materials, and themes and make artworks that tell our present-day stories.
