Campers will spend their mornings learning about the process of food production through authentic hands-on learning experiences. They will roll up their sleeves and learn introductory knife skills, food preparation techniques, and the basics around creating and presenting new ideas for food with a focus on locally sourced food. Campers can then tailor their afternoons to focus on their favourite activities and interests by signing up for activities like canoeing, playing sports, or doing art activities.
