A KidStrong class is a structured, coach-led 45 minute session once a week, where kids move through fun physical “stations” designed to build strength, coordination, and athletic skills while also practicing listening, focus, and confidence-building challenges. Each class typically includes warm-ups, skill development, obstacle-style activities, and character-based learning like goal setting and teamwork.

What makes it special is that it goes beyond just physical activity—kids are coached to build confidence, independence, and resilience in a supportive environment, so they don’t just get stronger physically, but also develop important life skills they can use at school, sports, and everyday life.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Responsibility: KidStrong helps kids learn responsibility by teaching them to follow directions, take ownership of their actions, and complete challenges with consistency and effort.
Physicality: KidStrong helps with physical development by building kids’ strength, coordination, balance, agility, and overall athletic ability through fun, coach-led movement stations and obstacle-style challenges.
