This camp is designed for those who are either in lessons or pre-competitive groups within swim clubs to introduce them to a more competitive swimming environment and continue to develop their skills. In this camp we focus on stroke development and introduction of more advanced skills such as flip turns and racing dives. This camp is fun, interactive and highly engaging with a lot of focus on games, general fitness, motor abilities and flexibility. The goal is an introduction to the world of competitive sport, in particular swimming, in a safe engaging way with our exceptional staff and while incorporating a full day camp experience.

There will be no camp on August 4th (Civic Holiday)
