Video Game Coding

What your child will learn:

• Build a two-dimensional game from start to finish
• Gain familiarity with the Unity editor
• Understand the basics of object-oriented programming using C#
• Create character movement and detect collision
• Enhance your game experience through animation, lighting, special effects, and audio
• Agile practices, and collaborative workflows involving tools and techniques using Git and Github
  

What to expect:

• Live Sessions - Choose between a full-time schedule with 4-hour sessions from Monday to Friday or a part-time schedule with 2-hour sessions every Tuesday.
  
• Capstone Project - By the end of the course you would have built a Maze Adventure game
  
• Community Access - Access to Circuit Stream's tech community of 1000+ other people
  
• Digital Badge - Your child can show off their new skills with a digital badge from University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and Circuit Stream
