It’s all about finding joy, creating amazing memories and friendships, and growing skills for the future, at Borealis Adventure Camp. We’re so connected to our mission that we're confident your camper will find exactly what they're looking for, right here!

Campers choose their adventure for much of their time at camp. And because we want to have something for everyone, we've created four categories under which fifteen instructional and recreational activity types reside. Waterfront, Wilderness, Base Camp, and Roots activities give campers the opportunity to experience plenty of choice, while still getting in on the core activities that make camp so memorable. Those activities include canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, biking, wilderness exploration, creative arts, survival skills, a nature-based challenge course, slingshot range, archery range, our hammock hangout in the woods, morning dip, and campfires to wrap up each day. Campers will also have the option to partake in a single night camping and canoe out-trip during our 6 day sessions.

Our mission is clear ...

"When it comes to our campers, our top priority is that everyone who joins us for the summer has an incredible experience, full of positive, growth filled moments that inspire and serve as a catalyst for the creation of enhanced self worth, lifelong friendships and cherished memories."

Looking for a session that's a little longer? Combine any of our seven or 14 day sessions to create an extended stay for for your camper.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Responsibility: Borealis campers live in small groups amongst the spectacular Canadian wilderness, learning how to contribute to the overall success of their community. In doing so they gain further understanding of how to navigate and own their personal experiences, while contributing to the greater good.
  • Courage: Each Borealis camper is provided the opportunity to embark on a positive journey of self-discovery. When doing so they will learn more about what they're capable of, while immersed in a community that supports who they are and empowers them to grow.
