Orangeville Prep's 2023 Summer Basketball Academy will offer 6 weeks of the highest-level basketball education and training, taught by elite coaches at the world-renowned Athlete Institute in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. 

You will not only learn how to improve your game on the court with our elite coaches but also off the court. Overall you will learn the following:

- Individual ball handling and shooting skills

- Strength & conditioning program specific to basketball

- How to approach academics, prep basketball, and post-secondary education

- Resiliency skill training

- Not everything can be about basketball so we conduct other outdoor recreational activities, entertainment, and games 

Typical Day Academy Daily Schedule

9AM- Arrival

9:15AM- Group Warm-Up and Stretch

9:30AM-10:45AM- Basketball circuit drills (dribbling/passing)

10:45AM-11AM- Snack Break

11AM-12PM- Basketball circuit drills (ball handling/shooting)

12PM-1PM- LUNCH

1PM-2:30PM- Outdoor Fun (outdoor courts/grass field)

2:30PM-2:45PM- Snack Break

2:45PM-3:45PM- Basketball Games/Competitions

3:45PM- Group Stretch and Cool Down

4PM- Pick Up
