Sport, Swim & Social is a dynamic and flexible program that gives participants the choice to join either the swim group or the sport group at the start of each day. The day begins with fun mingle activities to help everyone connect and get energized. Participants then head to their chosen activity, either the pool for swimming or the fieldhouse for sport-based games and skill-building. After the active portion, the whole group comes together for a fun and engaging social activity, promoting connection, communication, and community.

Physicality: Whether the participant chooses to go swimming or play sports, everyone will engage in physical activity and have the chance to develop their skills.
