MultiSport: House League is an exciting and inclusive program in Toronto that gives kids the opportunity to experience the fun of team play while learning a variety of sports in a supportive environment. Each week, participants are introduced to a new sport such as basketball, soccer, floor hockey, and more, ensuring every session is fresh and engaging. The program begins with a review of the game’s rules and a short skills refresher, helping players understand the fundamentals before jumping into team-based gameplay for the majority of the class.

This program is designed to promote physical activity, confidence, and social interaction while teaching important values like teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship. By rotating through different sports, participants develop coordination, agility, and game strategies, all while having fun and making new friends. MultiSport: House League is perfect for children of all skill levels who want to stay active, try new activities, and enjoy the excitement of recreational sports in a safe and welcoming setting.



Character Development: This program helps build the following traits
