2026 U7–U9 Rep Soccer Camp – Week 1 (June 29–July 3)

Cherry Beach Soccer Club’s U7–U9 Competitive Soccer Camp is designed for young players who are already participating in organized or representative soccer and want to continue developing their skills in a structured and positive training environment. This camp is open to players aged 7–9 (born 2019 and 2018 boys and girls, and 2017 girls only – U9G players). The program focuses on building strong technical foundations, confidence on the ball, and early tactical understanding, while ensuring players enjoy a fun and active summer soccer experience.

Players will take part in daily training sessions led by experienced coaches, many of whom hold Canadian Soccer National B or C Licenses and UEFA coaching certifications. Sessions are designed specifically for young competitive players and focus on ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing, and decision-making in game situations. Through small-sided games and skill-based activities, players will have many opportunities to practice and apply what they learn.

This camp takes place June 29 – July 3 at St. Patrick’s Catholic School Turf Field, with no camp on Wednesday July 1 due to the Canada Day holiday. A typical camp day runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional extended care available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each day includes technical skill work, fun competitive challenges, small-sided games, and match play that encourages players to be creative, confident, and active with the ball.

Players are grouped by age and ability, allowing coaches to create a supportive environment where every player is challenged at the right level. The focus at this age is on developing strong fundamentals, encouraging creativity, and helping players build a love for the game.

The Cherry Beach SC U7–U9 Competitive Soccer Camp provides young players with a week of high-quality coaching, positive competition, and team bonding. By the end of the week, players leave with improved technical skills, greater confidence, and a stronger understanding of the game, helping prepare them for the upcoming soccer season.
