Swim patrol - Winter 2023 Swimming Lessons - TAC Aquatics

Objective

Parent and tot levels consist of 3 animal levels: Starfish, Duck, and Sea Turtle. Level Starfish begins with getting children comfortable in the water by introducing them to basic water movement, and buoyancy on the front and back, supported by a parent or guardian. As swimmers progress through Duck and Sea Turtle, children are more familiarized with moving forward and backward in the water, as well as working on submersion, rhythmic breathing and more.  Please refer to our complete level breakdown for more in-depth information about each specific level.
