For SJA Camps: we hire qualified teachers, university students in the field of education, typically SJA staff.

What do families need to know about registration and joining St. Jude’s Academy Our Family of Schools Camps?

Parents/Guardians must email studentservices@stjudesacademy.ca to compete some intake questions prior to receiving a registration form. This will help us determine which camp would best suit your child's interests. Once the registration form is completed and received, a confirmation email will be sent.

The Our Kids review of St. Jude’s Academy Our Family of Schools Camps

St. Jude’s Academy offers a number of camps for kids of all ages. What’s unique about their camps is that they provide rich experiences that aren’t typical of every camp. With a focus on personal growth, leaders here facilitate activities that give kids a chance to spread their wings and figure out who they really are. Each week has a different theme, giving campers a fresh perspective on a new skill or topic. Camper ratio is quite small, giving campers that chance to bond one-on-one with their leaders and have personalized attention. This doesn’t mean kids don’t have ample time to play and learn on their own—it just means the support is there if they need it. St. Jude’s three-week leadership camp is very popular with a goal of strengthening communication and organizational skills, as well as bringing out their interpersonal skills. Many graduates of this camp move on to be leaders at the St. Jude’s camps.
