Silver Lake’s Teen Camp offers a unique summer experience designed for youth ready to take the next step in independence and leadership. In a supportive community, campers deepen friendships and take on new challenges in the great outdoors.

Days are filled with team-building activities, outdoor adventures, creative expression, and meaningful reflection. Guided by experienced staff, teens practice leadership, decision-making, and collaboration—all while enjoying classic camp fun like swimming, canoeing, and campfires.

At Teen Camp, every moment encourages growth, confidence, and lasting connection.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Interpersonal skills: Teens build interpersonal skills through collaborative activities, leadership roles, and cabin living. They practice communication, empathy, and conflict resolution while working on team challenges and supporting each other, fostering deeper friendships and stronger social confidence.
Responsibility: Campers develop responsibility at Teen Camp through leadership roles and group decision-making. They learn to manage their time, care for shared spaces, and support peers, building accountability and a sense of ownership in a fun, encouraging environment.
