Seal Camp ILeader-in-Training (LIT) program prepares emerging leaders for the exciting challenges activity instruction with our JK to Grade 1 or Grade 2 to Grade 6 campers. LITs learn alongside experienced instructors, develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of campers.

LITs build confidence in camper management, activity instruction, teamwork and safety practice, all while earning valuable volunteer hours and contributing meaningfully to our camp community.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Independence: Leading and planning activities for a group of younger campers
Responsibility: Be a role model. Supporting typical camp day activities with younger campers.
