Pre Flex Hip Hop is a fun-filled introduction to dance, rhythm, and creativity! Young movers explore the basics of Hip Hop through age-appropriate music, games, and grooves—building coordination, confidence, and a love of dance.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: Young dancers are encouraged to move freely, imagine boldly, and express themselves through music and play.
  • Curiosity: Young dancers are invited to ask questions, learn new movements, and discover how their bodies dance to the beat.
