Pre Flex builds on the basics with more structured Hip Hop movement while still keeping things fun and age-appropriate, as young movers build coordination, confidence, and a love of dance.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: Young dancers are encouraged to move freely, imagine boldly, and express themselves through music and play.
  • Curiosity: Young dancers are invited to ask questions, learn new movements, and discover how their bodies dance to the beat.
