A KidStrong camp is a high-energy, structured program where kids spend the day moving through fun athletic games, obstacle courses, and team challenges designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence. As well as STEAM activities mixed in throughout the day!  Each day combines physical activity with character-building lessons like teamwork, listening, and resilience, all led by trained coaches in a supportive, encouraging environment.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Physicality: KidStrong helps with physical development by building kids’ strength, coordination, balance, agility, and overall athletic ability through fun, coach-led movement stations and obstacle-style challenges.
  • Responsibility: KidStrong helps kids learn responsibility by teaching them to follow directions, take ownership of their actions, and complete challenges with consistency and effort.
