KidStrong Camp is a high-energy, coach-led program designed to help kids build strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character — all while having a blast. Our camps combine athletic training, confidence-building challenges, and teamwork activities in a fun, supportive environment. KidStrong isn’t just playtime — and it’s not just sports. Our curriculum is intentional and structured, blending:

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Physicality: At KidStrong Vaughan, we help kids build a love for movement while developing strength, coordination, and athletic skills. Through structured, high-energy coaching, kids gain confidence in their bodies and learn healthy habits that last a lifetime. 💪
Interpersonal skills: At KidStrong Vaughan, we help kids grow into confident leaders and strong teammates. Through team challenges and coach-led activities, children learn to communicate clearly, listen actively, understand others’ emotions, and work through challenges together. We build leadership.
