Public Speaking (Class)

Focus Learning’s Public Speaking program is designed with both Language and Dramatic Arts curriculums combined. The students will engage in a variety of performance-based activities, while also learning the important linguistic and presentation skills needed to give an effective speech. By the end of the term, be prepared to be captivated by their compelling public speaking capabilities!

Areas of Focus (Class Activities):

  • Preparation: Physical exercises, rehearsal, memorization techniques
  • Speech Writing: Persuasive writing, editing, stylistic techniques
  • Performance: Scene, debate and speech performance.
