Ages: 13+ One family per registration.

Cost: $116 (plus tax)

Teens who want more independence and love to eat will enjoy this opportunity to gain life skills. A comprehensive program that will teach the nutrition, food safety, basic cooking skills plus how flavours work, how to cook meat and plant protein alternatives. This is our only program that will teach everything from knife skills, to baking, to sauteing and sauces, to roasting.

All food allergies and dietary issues accommodated.

Our camps will be done by zoom, where after registration, the ingredients list and zoom link is sent. Waiting room will open 30 minutes early so friends can socialize.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Independence: This is what teen crave, and we totally feed into this need. With the safety knowledge, understanding of nutrition and cooking skills these teens are equipped for life after this course.
  • Responsibility: To use the kitchen, the demonstration of responsibly is essential. We ensure your teen understands what it takes to safely use the kitchen and clean it up afterwards.
