Hurontario is spectacularly located in the Thirty Thousand Islands of Georgian Bay.The large main camp island ,just two hours north of Toronto ,is surrounded by 300 acres of Camp Hurontario islands and mainland property.  Hurontario's very popular Intro sessions with a co ed staff, provides younger campers the opportunity to experience the fun of all the camp's activities as they are an integral part of camp day to day life enjoying the fun at meal times; sing songs at Flagpole Point in the evenings and joining in on the hilarity of campfire time.  Further, these younger campers take part in a wide range of sports and activities offered at the camp including a overnight canoe trip which is often a highlight . Hurontario's small group, non-competitive philosophy provides the prefect environment unplugged and away from the big urban world and helps develop independence and self-reliance in our campers.
