Our Leadership Programs offer incredible experiences for teens to help them improve their confidence, communication skills and independence. Participants will leave these programs inspired to better themselves and the world around them! We offer a multitude of programs ranging in length of 2 weeks to 7 weeks! All of our leadership programs have a focus of developing their hard and soft skills, along with spending time on an out-trip to practice these skills. Pine Crest's Leadership program is  truly unique, offering some of the best wilderness canoe, hiking and sea-kayaking trips in the country!  Participants in each of these programs will get to experience remote and historic routes of travel throughout the Canadian wilderness, from Northern Manitoba rivers, to Lake Superior to the iconic Algonquin Provincial Park.  Programs are based on age and level challenge:

  • Junior Adventure for 13 & 14 year olds - introductory trips from 2-4 weeks long
  • Intermediate Adventure for 14 and 15 year olds - introductory trips from 3-5 weeks long
  • Senior Adventure Leadership for 16 year olds - Intermediate trips from 4-7 weeks long

No matter which leadership program you choose, you will work with staff who are committed to helping you thrive by working to develop independence, caring relationships, and skills. To help reach these goals, we will focus on learning through experiences
within small groups.

You will be empowered to act like a true leader by taking action any time you see a challenge in your personal life, school, or community. You will be a model of Pine Crest Leadership — not only to your peers, but to hundreds of campers that come to camp each summer and aspire to be where you are today
