The Leadership Experience at Winning Techniques will change your life!

Mavericks join our Leadership Program, our most rewarding summer camp experience! Campers can choose the program they’d like to specialize in Adventure, Hockey, Figure Skating or Intense Watersports, gaining hands-on leadership skills while contributing to exciting camp activities. Leadership campers refine their “Top 8 Skills for the Game of Life” gaining clarity on their strengths and future goals.

Leaders in Training (LIT) have options to learn swimming techniques, earn ORCKA paddling certifications and complete Bronze Medallion/Emergency First Aid courses when ready, with certifications typically taking a minimum of 2 weeks to complete. The focus is on self-discovery and meaningful connections. Mavericks who graduate from the Leadership in Training Program can advance into the Staff in Training Program.

Staff in Training (SIT) is designed for campers 15+, looking to further develop their skills, and prepare for a staff role. This program includes mentorship with options to earn Bronze Cross/Standard First Aid CPR C, ORCKA and Lifeguarding certifications, typically requiring 2-4 weeks of training. The SIT program is the final step toward becoming a staff member, helping young leaders grow into confident, capable individuals who positively impact their community.
