One Small Step For…Little Feet

Ages 5–7

Space Cadets Camp is a fun, discovery-filled week for young explorers who are curious about the universe. Designed for children ages 5–7, this playful and engaging camp introduces campers to early space science, astronomy, and the wonders of our galaxy through hands-on activities, games, crafts, and imaginative adventures.

Throughout the week, campers participate in:

• space-themed science experiments,
• learn about planets and stars,
• build simple rockets,
• design their own constellations,
• make their own solar system
• learn about the rotation of the Earth/night vs day/Summer vs Winter/etc.
• explore what it means to be an astronaut.

Leveraging technology and interactive stations, Space Cadet Camp encourages creativity and inquiry, while guided projects help campers make connections between science and the world around them.

As part of this busy and exciting week, campers will enjoy trips to High Park, where they’ll spend time at the outstanding playground, explore nature, and visit the zoo. In between these outings, children will also have access to a variety of other fun activities, including arcade time, outdoor play, friendly sports challenges, and plenty of astronomy-inspired arts and crafts & activities.

Space Cadets Camp blends imagination, science, and adventure to create an unforgettable experience for young learners taking their first steps into the world of space exploration.
