For swimmers who have completed Seal Star 5 OR LSS Swim 4. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 metres without stopping. This is an introduction to developing swim team skills. Work with an experienced coach to refine your swimming strokes. Swimmers will be introduced to four main racing strokes, swimming drills, start, and turns. Swimmers are encouraged to already be able to swim 100m continuously. Sessions are 1hr in length.
