Our traditional outdoor day camp programs are perfect for the outdoor enthusiasm! Campers will explore the forest & creek, participate in character building games, and create beautiful natural outdoor masterpieces. They will also be introduced to camp skills like campfire building and cooking, shelter building, archery and mountain biking. This program is 100% outside so get ready to get messy and connect to the natural world. In inclement weather, campers will utilize the community school for their programming. We also offer a multi-sport and sport development program at our other camp location in Whitby! Don't delay! Secure your sport today!
Character Development: This program helps build the following traits
Interpersonal skills: Campers work together in a group with 8-10 other children each session. Together, they are encouraged to work democratically and respectfully with one another, and support one another. Experiences at our camps, encourage children to form friendships and learn about teamwork and leadership.
Curiosity: The natural environment at our camps, promotes an authentic sense of curiosity as children explore the beauty of the natural environment. While we have a program "plan", our program delivery is fluid and supports campers individuality and choice.
