Lil' Flex is a playful first introduction to Hip Hop, using music, games, and simple grooves to build coordination, confidence, and a love of dance. Caregivers are welcome to stay and watch or drop off.

We know flexibility is important at this age, so in addition to our full 8-week session, we offer a $25 drop-in option.
