Designed specifically for pre-teens and teen girls, this program blends confidence-building with purposeful academics in a way that feels relevant and empowering. Each student participates in guided academic sessions focused on executive functioning, communication, and goal-setting, looking at how different personalities intersect and integrated directly into the week’s theme. Learning is discussion-based, reflective, and practical—helping girls strengthen both their voices and their academic mindset in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

What Participants Will Do and Experience
Girls explore leadership, self-expression, resilience, and self-advocacy through journal writing, guided discussions, collaborative projects, and real-world skill-building. Daily experiences include mindfulness and meditation, movement to support growing bodies, age-appropriate skin-care literacy beyond social media, fashion as self-expression, crafts and introductory self-defense. Industry professionals visit throughout the week, offering mentorship and real-life perspectives. We'll explore golf, weight-lifting, modeling and other student-initiated interests.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Each day begins with a grounding community check-in, followed by academic and reflection blocks, themed workshops, guest sessions, movement, and creative projects. The schedule is structured yet flexible, encouraging independence, confidence, and meaningful connection—while giving girls space to grow, speak up, and take ownership of their goals.

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Independence: This camp builds independence by encouraging girls to set personal goals, reflect through journaling, and make daily choices about participation and self-care. Guided academics and projects help students take initiative, trust their voice, and build confidence in making decisions on their own.
  • Resilience: Resilience is strengthened through discussion, reflection, and real-world challenges that require girls to step outside their comfort zones. With supportive coaching, they learn to manage setbacks, adapt, and persist—building confidence, emotional strength, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
