The saxophone is arguably the coolest instrument in existence. There is something about the sound of the sax that moves people. It can be smooth and tender or loud and aggressive. The saxophone has soul!

At Neighbour Note, our saxophone lessons focus on fun! We teach everything from Funk to Classical, Jazz, Pop, Blues, and even Film and Video Game scores. John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Kenny G, Tower of Power, David Bowie, and Pink Floyd are just some of the incredible saxophonists, bands and artists that exemplify what this truly amazing instrument can do.


Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

  • Creativity: Learn to jam and improvise as you create your own melodies!
  • Responsibility: Students learn how to be responsible by creating and sticking to a practice schedule, and attending weekly lessons.
