Move your body and energize your summer in our exclusive Health & Fitness program! Designed for campers who want to stay active and learn lifelong wellness skills, this program blends movement, education, and fun. Participants will explore healthy habits—like nutrition, hydration and goal setting—while gaining hands-on experience with age-appropriate workout equipment. Through guided activities, campers will build strength, boost confidence, and discover how fitness can be both empowering and enjoyable. It’s a dynamic journey toward feeling strong, capable, and ready to take on the day!

Character Development: This program helps build the following traits

Physicality: Our Health & Fitness Camp encourages physicality by engaging campers in active games, sports, and movement challenges. They develop strength, coordination, and endurance while learning to enjoy being active, build healthy habits, and gain confidence in their physical abilities.
Resilience: Our Health & Fitness Camp builds resilience by challenging campers with physical activities that push their limits. They learn to persevere through obstacles, overcome setbacks, and celebrate progress, developing confidence, determination, and a strong mindset in a supportive environment.
