In order to support our families who may be impacted by the upcoming job actions, we will be offering a Harbourfront Centre Day Program on February 6th and 7th 2020.

Harbourfront Centre Day Program participants can choose an age appropriate program focused on either Visual Arts or Performing Arts with additional fun activities like back pocket games, big group games and other activities throughout the day. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with other kids while being supported by creative and experienced staff.

The program day will begin at 8:30am and will last until 4:30pm. Guardians are welcome to drop off participants between 8:30–9:15am and pick up participants between 3:45–4:30pm. Participants will have the option to engage with various arts and crafts activities, board games and active games during the pick-up and drop off time.

Please note that due to the smaller nature of our programs, options like extended program, independent travel and busing will not be available. Participants must bring their own lunch as there will be no opportunity to leave the Harbourfront Centre campus during the program day.

Programs that have seven or fewer participants may be combined with other programs to ensure program quality.

Commencing Thursday, February 6, 2020, we are offering any of the four programs outlined below for $60.00/day. As we understand there is uncertainty regarding the length of the job action, any cancellations will be fully refunded without additional fees should the schools reopen. Please Note: If schools have not reopened and you choose to cancel, we require 24-hours notice in writing, and we will issue a full refund.

Registration will be available online or in person at the Camps Office on the 3rd floor at 235 Queens Quay West. Each program can accommodate a maximum of 24 participants, so please register ahead of time as day-of spots are not guaranteed. As with our camp programs, waitlists are available if a program is indicated as full.
