Hoop Dreams Overnight Basketball Camp - High Performance Camp- 14-17yrs

​​​​​​​High-Performance Camp is a camp designed for rep and AAU players who want a week of high-level training. Campers will be progressed through intense, detail-oriented skill sessions with a focus on quality and quantity of repetitions, they will compete against each other in all aspects of basketball programming, and they will participate in strength and conditioning programming. Campers will also benefit from talks and training sessions run by guest speakers that coach at the university and college level in Canada. These sessions are an opportunity to learn from some of the very best coaches in the country. The goal of this camp is to give athletes a sense of what is required to be successful at the next level, and to give them the tools they need to increase the intensity and quality of their own training regimen once they leave camp.

Athletes will also have time during the day to enjoy traditional overnight camp land and water activities. These include 
canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboard, tubing, swimming, rock climbing, archery, beach volleyball and much more!

Just over 2.5 hours from Toronto, the South Bruce Peninsula is the perfect location for campers to escape the city and truly experience an Ontario summer camp experience. The Elite Camps Outdoor Leadership Centre is a 75 acre property and has it all; basketball courts overlooking the lake, a stunning waterfront, newly constructed air-conditioned cabins and an assortment of outdoor land and waterfront activities.
